At Chooka, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
